Following on from Tokyo, New York, London, Paris and Berlin, the Milan exhibition will run from 6 April to 20 April.
The exhibition, which is a collaboration with French fashion icon Carine Roitfeld, showcases 113 pictures of celebrities and personalities such as Dakota Fanning and Leigh Lezark in black jackets taken by Lagerfeld.
All of the portraits will appear in Lagerfeld's book called The Little Black Jacket: Chanel's Classic Revisited, co-authored by former Paris Vogue editor-in-chief Roitfeld.
