January Jones did some time travelling as her new outfit jumped a decade ahead of her hit television series Mad Men.
The AMC show is set in the 1960s but the 35-year-old actress' clothes were pure 1970s style in frayed bell bottoms and platform shoes.
The mother-of-one wore the nostalgic getup for a few errands in Los Angeles, on Monday.

The X-Men: First Class star donned a stripy green and white knit jumper and Jackie O sunglasses for the sun-filled day.
But the television star opted for a more disco flavor when it came to her feet, which were adorned in throwback beige platform boots.
And the vintage trend would have been incomplete without her frayed bell bottom jeans that looked like they came straight from the costume department of Saturday Night Fever.

The actress could be seen texting while she walked in her platform heels.
The image was slightly incongruous as her outfit was pure retro glory while her smartphone was obviously as modern an accessory as one could get.
But the picture as a whole was one of casual glamour with a vintage edge.

Meanwhile, the classic blonde's hit show Mad Men is about to enter its sixth season on April 7.

January's co-star Jon Hamm recently whet the appetites of fans when he suggested Don's double life is set to be explored, saying: 'There are two parts of life: The part that is public and the part that is private.'

Show creator Matthew Weiner also promised 'a lot of insight into Don, a new dynamic, and also people striving to grow up.'

He noted that the new series will start in the Spring of 1967, a time of upheaval, enthusing: 'There's not a year left between now and then which is not filled with upheaval.'
