The television star got engaged to Cutter, 23, in January and the two announced her pregnancy less than a month later.An insider told ‘Jamie couldn't be happier. Cutter is the perfect guy for her. Although they have only been together for a year, they both know that this is it for both of them.’
But according to the actress admitted that she was thrown for a bit of a 'loop' by the whole process.
She explained: 'We definitely thought it was going to be a slow relationship process and possibly an engagement — I felt like it was coming — so the baby definitely threw us for a loop.'
Cutter, whose father is former Mets star Lenny Dykstra, proposed shortly after the couple discovered they were pregnant.
But Jamie-Lynn's confidence has been boosted by the prospect of getting some parenting practice in with the soon-to-arrive children of some of her pregnant friends - who are slightly further along in their pregnancies.
She said: 'It’s really cool to be able to go through this with all of them and I’m due last so … I can see what to do and what not to do.'
