It's over! Jason Aldean 'splits from wife' months after being caught in a clinch

Things did not look good after he was caught in a compromising clinch with a cheerleader.
And it has emerged country star Jason Aldean split from his wife just months after he was photographed kissing American Idol flop Brittany Kerr in September.
The 36-year-old cowboy and childhood sweetheart Jessica Ussery tried to repair their union despite him being caught smooching the Charlotte Bobcats dancer at a popular Los Angeles nightspot.

A source told they actually split back in January, adding: 'There were obvious problems before the bar kiss, but he finally left earlier this year.'
A rep for Aldean admitted the couple are troubled, saying: 'I can confirm that Jason and his wife are having problems, but there is nothing more to share at this time.
'It's a private family matter, and we hope everyone will respect that he would like to keep it that way.'
The move will shock his fans after he insisted their 11-year-marriage was made of stern stuff when the couple appeared together on CBS' This Morning show on November.
He said: 'I think we're fine, you know? I think anytime you go through anything like that, it's tough.

'We've been together for a long time and been through a lot of things together.
'Go ask any couple that's been married for 30, 40, 50 years...'
He was cut off here by Jessica, who sternly said: 'I would love to hear their story.'
But her husband soon took charge again, insisting: 'I can guarantee it hasn't always been roses.'
No doubt the fact they are parents to daughters, Keeley, nine, and five-year-old Kendyl was a factor in Jessica trying to forgive his antics.
He admitted as much himself at the time, saying: 'Our lives got turned upside down, and it's been a learning process. When there's kids involved, that's something you've always got to try and protect."

He also tried grovelling for forgiveness from his high school sweetheart, but it ultimately seems to have been to no avail.

Writing on his Twitter account at the time, he said: 'I would like to sincerely apologise to everyone that has been affected by this, including my friends & family.
'The truth is that I screwed up. I had too much to drink, let the party get out of hand and acted inappropriately at a bar.

'I left alone, caught the bus to our next show and that's the end of the story.
'I ultimately ended up embarrassing my family and myself.'
