The Cobra Club, in Bushwick, Brooklyn, welcomes post-party sufferers to engage in a series of reinvigorating twists and stretches in its backroom studio every Sunday.
Reagan Wilson, 33, who runs the hour-long classes said that some students fall asleep while others choose to carry on drinking - sipping on Mimosas or Bloody Marys after their bend and flex workout.

Describing the Hangover Yoga class, the bartender and longtime yoga instructor told DNA.info: 'All my classes here, since they're in a bar, have that lighthearted element. It's about doing what works for you.
'If you want to have a mimosa because that makes you feel better, you should, rather than feeling guilty.
'I've had people fall asleep, and when you're hungover you fall asleep in a dramatic way'
'I've had people fall asleep, and when you're hungover you fall asleep in a much more dramatic way, like starting to snore.
'Once we were on the floor and one student flopped over to one side.
'I guided his legs out to help him be comfortable. If you need to sleep you need to sleep!'
Detoxifying: Miss Wilson, who takes the Hungover Yoga classes, said the gentle workout lets people forget about drunken antics (stock picture)
She said that for many people, the gentle workout lets them forget about any embarrassing drunken antics.
'I start off saying, "Let go of everything before this class. Let go of any of the phone calls you made,"' she explained.
During the class she guides participants through a series of moves which concentrate on specific areas of the body that need healing during a hangover.
Child's pose places pressure on the forehead to help relieve headaches, while twists aim at detoxifying the liver and squeezing out toxins.
The Cobra Club opened last July, offering customers a combination of alcohol, food and yoga under one roof.
It was the brainchild of yoga teachers Nikki Koch, Julia Huffman, and Dana Bushman.
Miss Wilson started instructing Hangover Yoga this January.
The sessions start at 2.30pm and each customer is provided with one free alcoholic beverage, which Miss Wilson jokingly refers to as the 'hair of the downward facing dog.'
Explaining what inspired her to take-up the weekly classes, she said: 'The same way social drinking can be a way to relax, yoga is another tool . . . I accept everyone as they come.'
