Beverly Hills police appealed for help on Tuesday after an alleged road-rage incident turned to suspected murder, and the entire incident was caught on surveillance video.
Officers have released footage of the driver of a white BMW driving his car head-on into a cyclist on April 3.
The man is pinned against a dumpster in an alleyway before the vehicle reverses, scraping the cyclist along a wall in shocking scenes that police believe began as a traffic dispute.

The bad blood between the men reportedly started after road rage spat. But the dispute apparently escalated when the cyclist punched the BMV driver in the face.
According to My Fox LA, this led the driver to tell the cyclist: 'I'm going to kill you.'

Police believe BMW man then followed the pedaller to an alleyway on Wilshire Boulevard between Wetherly Drive and Almont Drive where he tried to do just that.
'The driver intentionally rammed the bicyclist with his vehicle pinning him to a metal rolling trash bin,' Beverly Hills Police said in a statement.

Backwards: The car then screeched back up the alley and scraped the cyclist against the wall
The driver then reverses back up the alleyway with the cyclist grimly hanging on to the wing mirror.
The car then lurches towards the wall, removing the cyclist from the side of the car and leaving him in heap, before fleeing. Amazingly, the cyclist only has minor injuries.
Police are looking for in for information on this incident. They describe the driver as a white or Middle Eastern male in his mid-30s with dark hair, dark eyes and a thin build.
The car is a BMW 328i possibly 2008 or later. Officers request that anyone with information calls Det. Eric Hyon at (310) 285-2156.
