But 24-year-old didn't rule out hosting gig entirely

Rylan Clark has poured tepid water over a report that he has signed up to present Big Brother’s Bit On The Side.Earlier this month it appeared as if the former X Factor favourite had leapfrogged to the front of the queue of contenders to take over from Emma Willis after an online ticket distributor indicated that the star could be part of the new presenting line-up.And today, The Sun claimed that Rylan, 24, would also be eventually getting his own show on Channel 5, as well as fronting the Big Brother spin off show.Essex-born Rylan however, has dismissed the reports as being “just rumours” on Twitter – although did not deny that an announcement could be on the way.
He tweeted:
Stories today, I haven't confirmed anything yet, until I say it, all just rumours xxx— Rylan Ross Clark (@RylanClark) April 25, 2013 Presenters Jamie East and Alice Levine confirmed their departures from the show eight days ago.A representative for Channel 5 declined to comment on the claim that Rylan would be BBBOTS’ new host.
