Aimee, nurse and busy mum, lost 2 stone in 6 months. Aimee said: “I’d always been a healthy weight and working as a nurse, I’m very conscious of the health implications of being overweight." It’s so easy to follow and just fits around your life. It retaught her portion control and you can use your daily allowance how you want to suit your lifestyle. She often leaves over a few ProPoints for the evening for a snack or a glass of wine when she's relaxing.
Right from the start she lost the weight steadily and healthily and on the 9th September reached her goal weight of 10st 5.5lbs. To celebrate she went out for a delicious meal that evening. The best thing for me is that I now know what to do to stay at this weight. She loves her new size and loves buying new clothes knowing that they’ll still fit in years to come. Sometimes she catches sight herself in the mirror and doesn't even recognise herself!
Now Aimee jokes that Weight Watchers should be paying her commission as she is recommending the programme to any of her friends and colleagues who could do with losing a few pounds or even those wanting to maintain their weight.
