The VERY odd couple: Professor Green is a tattooed rapper and ex-drug dealer

Country star Blake Shelton drew a blank as The Voice blind auditions continued on Tuesday night.
The country star failed to lasso in any singers for his Voice team as Usher, Shakira and Adam Levine repeatedly beat him to the best talent.
The night's first singer was Tawnya Reynolds, 32, who is originally from New Mexico but who now lives in Nashville.

The aspiring country singer sang Mammas Don't Let Your Babies Grow Up to Be Cowboys by  Waylon Jennings.
Reynolds plays in small bars and hotels four or five times a week and admits she has been rejected by every country music label in Nashville.
But her performance could not get Shelton to turn his chair but did convince Shakira, Adam Levine and Usher.
Shelton told Usher that Reynolds was 'doing some pretty cool stuff' and Usher agreed to mentor a country star if Blake would take on an urban act.

Despite Shelton urging her to side with Usher, Tawnya went with Shakira.
'I ride horses, I play the harmonica, I like country music,' insisted Shakira, pulling out an English to Country dictionary.
'I loved your performance and I am dying to have a country artist.'
Next up was hunky married model Josiah Hawley, who sang 'Sunday Morning' by Levine's Maroon 5.
The 27-year-old from Fort Smith, Arkansas, explained he began singing at church and met his wife, Hana, at 18 before marrying at 20.

Shelton, who described Hawley as 'bad ass' with 'bad ass hair', Usher and Levine all pushed the buttons and turned their chairs.
Despite Levine making the song famous Hawley decided to place his faith in Usher's hands.
'I have information that will sharpen your skills and I really want you, everything I have to offer is with the intention of you being great,' said Usher.
And the R&B star celebrated with smooth dance move of his own.

Third up was quirky Idaho folk duo Midas Whale, who sang 'Folsom Prison Blues' by Johnny Cash.
All four judges were intrigued by their unique sound and turned their chairs around, with Usher giving them a standing ovation.
'I hope y'all don't screw up the rest of your lives by going with one of these other three coaches,' said Shelton.
'I had such a blast listening to you,' enthused Shakira who talked to the pair in Spanish.
Usher reminded them he was the first judge to turn around for them, but it was not enough as the pair went for Levine, his first ever duo.

Next up was shy 35-year-old Abraham McDonald, who performed 'Best Thing I Never Had' by Beyonce.
McDonald began singing publicly at the age of 13 and eventually won a karaoke contest on the Oprah Winfrey Show.
But the performance was not good enough for any of the judges to turn around and Abraham left empty handed.
'You have got a really, really big voice but there were a few moments when it was a bit shaky,' said Usher.
'They gave some great advice but not everyone is going to love what you do,' admitted Abraham.
Next up was Bronx music business student Cathia, who sang 'No Me Doy Per Vencido' by Luis Fonsi in Spanish.

Shakira, Blake and Usher all turned their chairs around before giving Cathia a standing ovation.
Shakira reminded 19-year-old Cathia that she was once mentored by Gloria Estefan
'You were phenomenal, you have a voice that can work in any language and I really, really want you on my team,' said Shakira.
'I understand you, I had a mentor when I crossed over to the American market, Gloria Estefan was by my side, she got me.
'You are meant to be global. You can take the world by storm.'
Cathia thanked all three but decided to go with Shakira as her mentor.

Last up was music student Sarah Simmons, who sang 'One of Us' by Joan Osborne.
Sarah, 22, from Memphis, Tennessee, explained how she has managed to rebuild her relationship with her musician father after he battled drug addiction.
'Music has been such a release for me during so many hard times,' she admitted.
All four of the judges pushed their buttons and turned their chairs after hearing Simmons sing.
'I think you can win this thing and you may be in my top three singers I have ever heard audition for The Voice,' said an impressed Blake.

'Wow. That was incredible,' said a thrilled Adam. '
'You 150 per cent can win this show, I know you can. I only fight for the ones I am dying to have, I know I can do this with you.'
Shakira and Usher also lobbied hard for Sarah to join their teams.
But Adam's hard sell won out and Sarah sided with the Maroon 5 singer, over Blake who by the end was begging for her to join him.

'Sarah is not of this earth, the girl has got THAT thing, that talent, that beautiful quality that you have either got or you don't,' gushed Adam.
'She is magic, I cannot wait to work with her.'
Shakira slumped down in her chair and admitted she was 'depressed' to miss out on Simmons.
